We are not responsible for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle prior to performing the service.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery. This is the ideal moment to report any dissatisfaction or request adjustments.

Once the vehicle is accepted, YMC DETAILS will not be held responsible for any future complaints.

2. Cancellations:

If you cancel the service within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 60% of the total service cost will apply.

This fee is non-refundable.

3. Call and Message Recording:

All calls and messages will be recorded and monitored for quality control purposes.

4. Pricing:

Prices are not final and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

5. Personal Data:

We collect and store the following personal data: Name, address, phone number, email address, and payment methods.

Your data will be handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared or sold
to third parties.

Data will only be used while you remain a client.

These communications are used to (Coordinate services, Provide updates, Share promotions, Follow up on appointments, Send billing invoices)
